At our Salon, we thrive on providing each and every guest who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their experience.
We require a minimum of 48hrs notice to cancel or reschedule to avoid a 50% charge of the scheduled services.
Services for clients running late will be adapted to fit the remaining appointment time without adjustment to pricing.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and cancellation fees will apply.
